This is a high intensity program with the intent of increasing muscular strength, while also increasing muscle mass. This is a program that can be tailored for beginner, intermediate and advanced clients. *please specify your fitness level when sending testing results* To get your individualized, periodized training program, submit how much weight you are able to lift, for 8 repetitions, for each suggested exercise. *note* - You can choose your own 10 exercises as well. From these numbers we will develop a training program according to what YOU can do.
