This program is for those people who would like to increase muscular fitness from the comfort of their home. This is a low intensity, high volume program with the intent of improving cardiovascular fitness, while also improving body composition. This is a program that can be tailored for beginner, intermediate and advanced clients. *please specify your fitness level when sending testing results* To get your individualized, periodized training program, submit the equipment you have available that may aid in creating the best home workout for you. For example: Dumbbells (5lbs, 10lbs, 15lbs) Resistance bands (easy, medium, hard resistance) Med balls (light, medium, heavy weight) Yoga matt Gliding discs Etc. From the equipment submitted we will develop a training program according to what YOU can do.
