This program is for those people who would like to increase muscular flexibility and mobility. This is a low intensity, mobility program with the intent of improving movement, while also increasing range of motion to decrease risk of injury. This is a program that can be tailored for beginner, intermediate and advanced clients. *please specify your fitness level when sending testing results* To get your individualized, periodized training program, submit the equipment you have available that may aid in creating flexibility exercises. For example: Stretching bands (easy, medium, hard resistance) Yoga blocks Med balls (light, medium, heavy weight) Yoga matt Stretching straps Etc. From the equipment submitted we will develop a training program according to what YOU can do.
