***You will need access to a gym or enough equipment to do the program's exercises*** This program is for those people who have a good base in Olympic weightlifting and would like to increase their Snatch and Clean & Jerk weights through a periodized training program. This is a high intensity program with the intent of increasing muscular strength, improving mobility and increase power and explosiveness. This is a program that can be tailored for intermediate and advanced clients. This program is not intended for someone that does not have good technique in the Olympic lifts yet. *please specify your fitness level when sending testing results* To get your individualized, periodized training program, submit how much weight you are able to lift, for 3 repetitions, for each suggested exercise. *note* - You may be contacted by a coach to discuss your programming. From these numbers we will develop a training program according to what YOU can do.
